My early days..

I remember my framework for health being formed at a young age and starting with movement. When I was a kid, my mom would throw my bike in the back of her pickup truck and take us out to Kensington Park near Ann Arbor, Michigan. She’d walk eight miles while I pedaled beside her, just trying to keep up. That routine planted seeds that laid down roots, branching into the development of a deep value and belief– that taking care of yourself is the greatest form of self-love and respect one can demonstrate.

What felt like overnight, I watched that same role model slip into a deep depression. I saw how slowly, and then all at once –  her energy disappeared, her body changed, and she stopped recognizing herself. I remember feeling frustrated and sad as a kid, watching my superhero suffer and not being able to understand the complexity of why.

Rediscovery

The questions “How do we lose our way like that? And how do we find it again?” traveled around with me, like a tattoo imprinted on my forehead.

They ultimately led me to study health, to become an Occupational Therapist, and to spend years pursuing finding my own sense of what health meant to me.

They led me to CrossFit, to competing, and eventually leaving the traditional healthcare system behind and starting something of my own.

My calling..

Now, I work as a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach, helping people reconnect with their bodies and rebuild trust in their own inner compass. I've had the privilege of walking alongside over 250 clients as they navigate change—not with shame or quick fixes, but with curiosity, compassion, and care.

This work is personal to me. It’s about honoring the messy, beautiful, middle-ground between discipline and joy, between structure and softness. Because I believe health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move—it’s about how you feel in your life.
When I’m not coaching? You can probably find me somewhere frolicking in the sun, playing sand volleyball, giggling with friends, or befriending every dog I see (truly—it’s a problem).

If you’re ready to make real, lasting change—without losing sight of what matters most—I’d love to help you get there.
